Bill Roth is originally from Northern Virginia, moving to Loudoun County in the late 1970's and calling Loudoun home ever since.  The real estate business called in the early 80's and a career of over twenty years ensued.  Looking for different avenues in the late 90's, Bill began his appraisal tutelage under Norman Myers, completing the apprenticeship and study required to become licensed.  Now a Licensed Residential Appraiser with Myers Appraisal Service, Bill continues to work to enhance the educational aspects of the profession as well as the technical side of business. Bill is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute as well as a member of the American Guild of Appraisers.
